    Align your head in the hollow center to gently stretch and decompress. Allow 5–7 nights for adaptation—mild pressure is normal as your body adjusts and typically eases with continued use.

    Use a pillowcase or silk protector to cut down on cleaning. Spot clean with mild soap and air-dry only—never soak memory foam or put it in the dryer.
