    Once your order ships, you’ll get an email titled “Shipment from Order #* is on the Way”* with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. If it doesn’t update after that, please contact us at support@sleeprestora.com and we’ll assist you.
  • How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

    Delivery times: US/Europe/Canada/AU/NZ 7–10 business days, UK 4–10, other countries 10–30. Times may vary due to flight delays, weather, or customs. For the latest updates, check your local courier’s website.
  • The Tracking Information Is Stuck/ Not Updating?

    Tracking updates may be delayed by processing, courier networks, or customs. If no update appears after 25 days, contact us at support@restoralabs.com to report your package as potentially lost—we’ll help arrange a replacement.
  • The Tracking Information Says 'Delivered,' But I Haven't Received It.

    If marked delivered but not received: check porches/lobbies/mailrooms, ask neighbors, and allow 1–2 days for updates. If still missing, file a claim with your courier, then contact us at support@sleeprestora.com . Restora isn’t liable for lost/stolen delivered packages.
